Browser

All functions of this service may not be used with a browser other than that recommended.
The recommended browser can be downloaded for free if you do not have one. Install or upgrade the version of the browser before using it.

Log In

Logging in and account registration

If you have an account, log in with your email address and password.
You need to register your account to use this service. If you do not have an account, please register one.

If you register your email address and password when creating an account, an email with Confit account registration code will be sent to you. Enter the registration code on the screen and complete the account registration. The code is valid only for 30 minutes after receiving the email.

*Check the following points if you cannot receive the email:

• If the email address you entered is incorrect, the email will not reach you. Check the email address and be sure to register the correct email address.
• The email may be put into the Junk email folder, blocked, or deleted depending on the email software, security software, or provider you use. Please check the Junk Mail folder first. For how to set the email software or security software, contact the supplier of the software.
• Your mobile phone, smartphone, or iPhone may be set to reject emails from unknown email senders. Enable reception of emails from @atlas.jp.

If you have forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new password on the log-in screen. Input your email address to receive an email for resetting the password.
Enter password reset code on the screen then you can access a password resetting screen. The code is valid only for 30 minutes after receiving the email.

Member authentication

Members of organizing institute

For a convention for which the “Member authentication or Registration” button is shown on the dashboard, the members of the organizing institute must be authenticated. Click the “Membership authentication” button to move to the member authentication page. If you enter your membership email address. an email with member authentication code will be sent to you. Enter the authentication code on the screen and complete your member authentication. The code is valid only for 30 minutes after receiving the email. You can then make registration for participation or post a subject as a member of the organizing institute.

* If you proceed with the procedure on the registration page without authenticating yourself as a member, you may not be able to post your subject or have your member fee applied to the participation fee.

Non-member

If you are not a member of the organizing institute, you do not have to authenticate as a member.

For a convention for which the “Member authentication or Registration” button is not displayed, you do not have to authenticate as a member.

Moving to registration page

Move to a page for registering participation in or posting a subject to a convention.The type and period of the procedure and registration status will be displayed on the dashboard.

Profile

Updating profile information

Register and/or update profile information. When you register a profile, you can omit inputting basic information, such as the name and organization, on the registration page of each convention.

*In a convention for which you have authenticated yourself as a member, the profile information of the member system, not the profile information registered here, will be registered.

Deleting account

You can delete your account to stop the use of this service.

*If you delete your account, you can no longer log in to a convention you are participating in or posing a subject to. Registered participation and posted subjects will not be canceled even if your account is deleted. To delete participation registration or posted subjects, contact the office of the convention.

Mail address

Changing email address

If you change your email address, an email with email address change code will be sent to you. Enter the code on the screen to complete changing your email address.

*The new email address will not become valid until the change is completed. Note that you cannot log in with the old email address.

The code is valid only for 30 minutes after receiving the email.
